These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and b33 ("b33", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the b33 website available at https://b33.cam and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features offered through the platform (collectively, the "Service"). 2. Account Registration and Management
2.1 Account Creation
To access the full range of b33 services, you must register a personal account using a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the b33 platform. The registered phone number serves as the primary account identifier and is the number to which all verification codes, withdrawal confirmations, and account notifications will be sent. You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration and to promptly update your account details if any information changes. b33 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all registration information at any time.
2.2 Account Security Obligations
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your b33 account login credentials, including your registered phone number and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances. You agree to:
- Use a strong, unique password for your b33 account that is not used for any other online service or application.
- Log out of your b33 account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
- Notify b33 customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach involving your credentials.
2.3 Duplicate Accounts
The registration and maintenance of more than one b33 account by any single individual is strictly prohibited. Where b33 identifies that an individual holds multiple accounts — whether registered under the same or different phone numbers, names, or payment methods — b33 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts immediately, withhold any pending withdrawals from all identified accounts, void any active bonuses across all accounts, and permanently ban the individual from the b33 platform. Amounts deposited to duplicate accounts may be returned to the original payment method at b33's sole discretion.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Methods and Processing
b33 accepts deposits exclusively via the following mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All deposits are denominated and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable transaction limits are displayed within the Cashier section of the b33 platform and are subject to change at b33's discretion with reasonable notice to users. Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are typically credited to the player's b33 account balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. b33 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.
3.2 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions, all of which must be satisfied before any withdrawal is processed:
- The player's account must be in good standing and not subject to any ongoing investigation, restriction, or suspension.
- The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available real-money balance in the account. Bonus balance is not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
- Withdrawals will only be processed back to the same mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) from which the corresponding deposit was made. b33 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the account.
- b33 reserves the right to request KYC documentation prior to processing any withdrawal. KYC verification may include a copy of a government-issued photo ID and confirmation of the payment method used. Processing of withdrawals will be paused until satisfactory KYC documentation is received.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Bonus Eligibility and Claiming
b33 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible registered players from time to time. Eligibility for any specific promotion is determined at b33's sole discretion and may be limited by factors including but not limited to: account age, deposit history, geographic location, and the type of games played. b33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have self-excluded or set account restrictions may not be eligible to receive or claim promotional bonuses.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses and promotional funds are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus balance or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount received (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means the player must wager a total of ৳20,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable). The following conditions apply to all bonus wagering:
- Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute toward the wagering requirement. Free spins winnings, side bets, and certain bonus rounds may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
- Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time limit specified in the relevant promotion terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified period will result in the automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.
- b33 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through the use of multiple accounts, or by exploiting a technical error or system vulnerability.
- b33 is not responsible for any tax liability arising from bonus winnings. It is the player's sole responsibility to determine and comply with any applicable tax obligations in their jurisdiction.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the b33 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to relevant authorities:
- Fraud, money laundering, or any attempt to use the b33 platform to conceal or transfer proceeds of illegal activity. b33 operates anti-money laundering controls consistent with international AML best practices and will report suspicious activity as required.
- Collusion between players in live casino, poker, or other competitive game formats for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
- Use of automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology that provides an unfair computational advantage in gameplay or that allows automated or scripted interaction with the b33 platform.
- Exploitation of any software bug, technical error, pricing error, or vulnerability in the b33 platform to gain funds or advantages not legitimately earned through normal gameplay. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and will be recovered.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or the withdrawal process, including misrepresentation of identity, age, or the source of deposited funds.
6. Responsible Gaming and Account Termination
6.1 Responsible Gaming Commitment

6.2 Account Closure by Player
You may request the closure of your b33 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon receipt of a closure request, b33 will process the request and any remaining real-money balance (after deducting any applicable bonus balance subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the registered payment method on the account. Account closure requests submitted for responsible gaming reasons will be treated with the highest priority and processed as expeditiously as possible.
6.3 Account Suspension and Termination by b33
b33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: the account holder is found to have breached any provision of these Terms; b33 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct; the account holder fails to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe; or the continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the b33 platform or to other players. Where an account is closed by b33 due to a breach of these Terms, b33 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit all funds in the account.
7. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law
7.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
The b33 platform and all content, games, services, and features offered through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. b33 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. b33 does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided through the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b33 disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions of any kind relating to the platform and the Service.
7.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, b33's total aggregate liability to you for any claims, losses, costs, or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the b33 platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your b33 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. b33 shall not in any event be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether or not b33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7.3 Amendments to Terms
b33 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be published at https://b33.cam/terms-conditions with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, b33 will use reasonable efforts to notify active registered users. Your continued use of the b33 platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any change to these Terms, you must close your account and cease using the b33 platform.
